About purchasing

We charge 9,90 €, for an online tracking shipment. Payment can be made in advance by cash on delivery, bank transfer or by payment card online. Other shipping costs are covered by our company.

For orders with a value of goods exceeding 49,90 €, after all discounts, postage and packing are not charged. In the case of promotional offers, these terms may be amended or temporarily replaced by other conditions without giving a reason.

In order to have sufficient supply to produce photomagnets from your photos, we reserve a maximum of three working days for the production and dispatch. If you choose a bank transfer payment, we calculate the production time from the date of when the payment is credited to our account.

We will inform you about the shipment by e-mail and SMS message to the mobile phone that you provided. The message will also include the delivery number of the shipment, so you can track the package on the carrier’s website.

We always care about your maximum satisfaction and we want the best for our customers. If you are not satisfied with our fridge magnets after all, then we offer you premium complaint terms.

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the goods you have received, you can send it back to us within 30 days and we will then refund the money to your bank account without unnecessary questions.
